Thank you @penguinteen @bookishfirst for my review copy.

This book was so different from anything I’ve read before. It was dark, mysterious, grotesque, addicting, I mean the list goes on and on.

At first I was a bit unsure about it, but I found myself unable to put it down because I was so transfixed. It was a mix of what the hell am I reading and what’s going to happen?!

I’m a big scaredy cat when it comes to horror. I like my horror to be light. This one was about borderline for me. I will say that I found it to be more grotesque horror instead of I’m scared to be home alone now horror.

📚Perfect for fans of dark fairytales and horror.

I’m a little unsure about my rating. I feel like I keep going back and forth. So I’m going to meet in the middle and give it 3.5⭐️

I do want to add that this book is labeled 12 and up, but personally I don’t think it’s appropriate for 12 year olds. There are way too many adult themes in this book for kids that young.
