The House of Hollow by Krystal Sutherland iss definitely YA fiction. The story is about three sisters, Grey, Vivi, and Iris. The prologue reads like a fairy tale. An old woman slips in the window of the youngest daughter, Iris, and cuts a lock of her hair. The woman swallows it. Iris screams and she is tackled in the hallway. As we read Chapter 1, it is ten years later and we know that Iris is the only one who finishes high school...This one is just not for me, but I can see teenage girls loving it.
