I did not care for the cover. It felt too much like horror for me and somewhat reminiscent of the cover of Horrid, which I did not like at all. It also just didn't work—I'm not sure exactly what the cover is trying to convey. The synopsis seemed a bit disjointed—the first paragraph only mentioning Iris by name when the story does seem to be about all 3 sisters. The excerpt did not keep my attention. It also felt a bit disjointed. My conclusion is that I will not be picking up this book.
