"I was ten years old the first time I discovered I was strange." That is one heck of a novel starter. This novel seems to be fashioned in the uncanny valley, and I love that aspect about it. What happened to the Hollow sisters that made them so incredibly strange? I am in love with the pages that I was able to read. As for the cover, it is absolutely beautiful. The oil paint style with the flowers and the dripping blood is incredibly haunting, and so achingly beautiful.
