There's so much about this book that pulls me in. For starters the cover is absolutely gorgeous. I love the flowers on Iris's face. The tagline of the book is also captivating. I got chills the first time I looked at the cover of the book; I wish I had been quick enough to claim this with my points, because it looks like this is going to be an amazing book.
The book pulled me in right from the first two pages with the woman breaking into her bedroom to cut a lock of Iris's hair. I'm very curious about the moon shape scar that each of the Hollow sisters have. I'm hoping and imagining that the book will get into that seeings how the author draws attention to the scar several times within the first few pages of the book.
Both of Iris's sisters are captivating to me and I want to know more about them. They are so different, but they both chose to run away and not complete school. There seems to be some bad blood between the girls and their mother. And then we are left with such a hanger. I don't like having an ending like that, but it makes me want to know more! Who in the world is that man? And why is he watching Iris?!
