The wonderfully haunting cover drew my attention right away. I enjoyed the lovely writing style that helps to paint a picture of a strange family living in a normal world. The mystery from Iris’s past is intriguing and I’m excited to see how it connects to the strange man in her present. I also love the different ways in which the sisters are presented as enduring or embracing their “curse” and want to get to know each of them more.
