I. FREAKING. ADORED. THIS. WHOLE. BOOK. I devoured it. I dreamt about it. I couldn't put it down, and when I absolutely HAD to, I daydreamed about it until I could fall back into it. PICK IT UP AND READ IT. I might be a tiny bit biased, because it gave me serious The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern vibes, and that happens to be one of my all-time favorite books, but seriously, do yourself a favor and go read it. The writing is magical and mysterious, with just the right amount of dark creepy feelings to drag you into the world and keep you there. It'll probably end up being a book I re-read many times in the future. As a mini added bonus, the copy that I have (the special edition by OwlCrate) has an absolutely stunning cover that GLOWS IN THE DARK as well as some beautiful reverse cover character art, and I am a known sucker for good fanart. What can I say, I TRY not to judge a book by the cover, but I love pretty things!
