Promising premise and suspenseful first impression

The prologue draws you in with the mysteriousness and suspense right from the start. The writing style is sweet and funny and overall the general impression is one of a charming and suspenseful read. The cover could have been a bit less neon, the impression is one of a cheesier and more garish book than the content so far indicates.
