Admittedly, I'm not a fantasy fan and am hit or miss with YA titles. However, once I started reading Hotel Magnifique, I was immediately drawn in. Jani and her younger sister Zosa quickly came alive and I immediately felt Jani's struggle of taking care of her younger sister. The idea of a moving hotel with creepy secrets has drawn me in---yes please!
