Ok, yeah, the prologue hooked me. The first chapter kept me.
Once again, the cover sucked me in. Its mystical almost magical which really keeps in line with the book itself or as far as it seems to me.
I love the fact that the hotel shows up every so often (just like the circus in the Night Circus)
