Straight away I was pulled in by the intriguing air of mystery that surrounds the story. It begins from the prologue, and then this strange magical hotel that the town accepts because they are also really intrigued by that mystery. I can tell this is a magical realism type of story, which I don't read a lot of, but I like it so far. I already like the protagonist's voice as well as the relationship with her sister. I definitely want to read more after this first look.
