I didn't expect much based on the cover (it's pretty boring.) But as I read through the excerpt, it became apparent that this novel has potential. It was slow in the beginning and at the end of the excerpt, I just felt like I wanted to learn more about the girls group and what will happen to their singing careers. Can't wait to find out.
