If I’m not madly in love with this book by the end of it, I will be shocked. The overly specialized imagery in the beginning, which is clearly meant to make a point, speaks in a volume that does not require me to lean in. I need this book. I need to see how this author depicts the sensationalism of fame, of an actual human being. And from the vibes it’s already given off, I’m inclined to think the author did this masterfully!
