This was extremely difficult to read, as an individual, daughter and a mother.
The trauma that Jollett has experienced is awful but I applaud him for being so strong. The strength he has throughout his entire journey is incredible.
He questioned life -as he should considering he was lost and confused he still continued to push through.
I worry how my children view me as a mother because honestly I’m totally winging motherhood and Jollett opened my eyes completely.
To get down to a child’s view and really think before I speak because every single thing effects them.
There is just so much to say about this book and if you’ve experienced trauma or if you’re just lost in life I highly recommend diving into this memoir.
