This is a very excellant book! It was written very well and it keeps you on your toes. There's always something happening. It's a book that you'll want to read non stop all the way to the end. This book is definetly a must read. I love the way it starts out being told through the limited perspective of a child and how the perspective broadens as he begins to understand the world around him.This story brings you through a large part of his life. Also tells alot about his family members, especially his brother, dad, and mom. It is a very moving memoir, the way he came through so much poverty, abuse, delenquency, addiction but how he worked to make a better life for himself. Mike Jollett did an excellent job in the writing of this book!!
