I thought it was interesting that the excerpt is of chapters 15-17, so we're dropped in on page 114. In general though I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone and read more nonfiction. This is nonfiction that involves a cult; sign me up!
There is so much anger that comes from Jollett's brother in Chapter 15 that I feel like the earlier chapters will help us understand the why. I really enjoyed Chapter 17. Overall I think this will be a powerful memoir!
