Few memoirs really catch my attention but mention a cult, escaping it and living to tell the tale and call me intrigued. This sounds particularly interesting to me as the author was actually born in the cult. It takes an unbelievable amount of courage to leave that life and a deep sense of curiosity to understand that there is more than that life to live.
