Mikel Jollett's story that hit me pretty hard was the one about the bicycle. He saved up so much money to get that bike and his brother ruined it. Mikel's mom used psychology language with the kids and would make excuses for Mikel's brother. Which made Mikel feel small and that really got to me. I hated that for him. I can't wait to finish reading this book.
