I generally do not read memoirs however this one hooked me by the nature of the story. I have known many people to get hooked on a religious cults because their belief in God makes them think it is normal behavior. I am very excited to read a story of someone, especially your mother, who is able to break from the cult and try to raise her children in an unknown world. This book grabbed my attention the moment I saw it a few months ago.
