Many people have siblings. The bond can often times be unbreakable, but also don't forget the relentless nagging and obnoxiousness. This is a memoir, which relies heavily on the relationships of the main character, Mikel and his family, mostly his mom, brother, and his mom's bf/ husband. It includes suffering, victories, and real views of the horrors of alcoholism. This memoir reads very real and raw. I like that the author is honest, and how tells the stories. The relationship with his brother is a highlight, which shows the impact it has had on his life. This book, seems like a very interesting read and I'd love to hear how it ends.
