First let me say I am a sucker for a haunted house and a reimagining. I love the idea of taking Holly Hobbie, the sweet little girl in the blue bonnet, and turning it into a creepy tale. The author creates such a perfect picture of this sleepy town and Hobbie House (or "Horror House") tucked away from it all, seemingly for good reason.
