I’m so distraught. After completing (nearly bingeing) the first nine books of this series, I have to (for the very first time) wait for the next Reverend Clare Fergusson & Russ Van Alstyne Mysteries to release. I hope we don't have to wait as long between books this time because the lead-in to book ten has left me reeling. That's the downfall when you start a series that already has nine published books. I've been spoiled beyond belief and have fallen completely and utterly in love with this series.
I'm never disappointed to again jump into Miller's Kill. The author has drawn me into this world and the characters' lives. Along with the exciting mystery, I've gotten to spend time with new parents, Clare and Russ, as well as learn the fate of the numerous secondary characters. Especially, Flynn and Hadley
Hid from Our Eyes might not be my favorite in the series, but it's still entertaining and compelling reading. I'm hooked on these characters and will read every book the author chooses to write.
