Ok, so every 20 years of so, a pretty young lady in a party dress is found dead with no apparent injuries. Then, they take a young man into custody assuming he's the murderer. Fast forward years later and he's then the Police Chief and yet there's another murder! He's also married to a female Reverend which is awesome. They have a 4 month old who possibly has fetal alcohol syndrome! Wow! This is pretty intese and intriguing!!
