Julia Spencer-Fleming's Claire and Russ are like old friends, and it's so good to spend time with them again. Although, the tension Spencer-Fleming creates in those first 20 pages has me on edge. I have the idea that we'll be learning a little more about Russ's youthful days and seeing more of Claire's strength and vulnerability.
