This is the 9th book in the The Rev. Clare Fergusson & Russ Van Alstyne Mysteries series so I don't think it's where I want to start the series. I do like the idea of a female reverend and the excerpt showed good writing so I intend to start from the beginning. The cover is kind of plain and unappealing to me.
