This is such a sweet and silly YA rom-com. I found the author's way of adding diversity without over-highlighting it to be handled perfectly. Bethany was a fully-developed teenage girl, trying to outgrow her 'late bloomer' status. I really enjoyed this first look and am excited to see what the rest of the story holds.
