I'm not sure what my first impression is. It started off strong then kind of petered out a little bit. I like the fact that it opened up with a strong voice (the Maureen Goo shoutout was cute), I'm not a huge fan of the alternating POV (Jacob sounds a little vanilla) but by the time I got to the end of the First Look, I wanted more, so there's that?
