I know YA romances can be a bit of a reach, but the plot to this one was downright confusing. We are "practicing" to date...so is it a friends with benefits become more kind of story? Or a fake dating plot? I can't quite tell. The diversity is fresh and that does add somewhat to the quality of the book, so perhaps this will be a good one after all.
