Full disclosure, I'm generally not a fan of historical romances. The plots all seem the same: the heroines are all "Originals,' the love interest is usually a jerk (and it remains debatable whether he stays one or not), there's usually some ridiculous misunderstanding, then they all live happily ever after. Heiress for Hire seems to be cut from the same cloth, except instead of being accosted by a highwayman or abducted by a pirate, our protagonist ambushes her hero in a case of mistaken identity. Not my cup of tea, but I'm sure this will greatly appeal to fans of the romance genre.
