Historical Romance is one of my favorite genres to read and I'm excited to see one in this week's raffle. Minerva and Chase are compelling characters and the female detective angle is not one I often see in the historical romance genre. Although the idea of such a thing does intrigue me, I can't say that I was utterly captivated by the first couple of chapters. That being said, I'm interested in seeing how the book progresses.
