My first impression of Hearts Still Beating is that it sounds like an intense, dramatic teen angst book with science fiction involved.
I do like the cover and title and both would catch my eye.
I wonder what ends up happening with Rory and Mara and if they both survive, if they lean on and forgive each other and what happens in the end.
