Hearts Still Beating has good cover art that might draw readers in when seeing it on the shelves. The novel is part zombie, part survival, and part dysfunctional relationship love story. There seems to be a lot going on and I am not sure if the characters and plot are enough to keep the story interesting. I would not buy this book, but would check it out from my local library.
