I was sold when you mentioned “The Last of Us” as I’d been a fan since the video games. The premise of this story is intriguing to me, as it picks up ‘mid-story’. The apocalypse has happened/been happening and there is obviously loads of trauma associated with what has happened in each of the main characters’ lives. At the same time, there are shared feelings and it seems like it will be an absolute rollercoaster ride of emotions as the characters unravel what has happened to therm selves and each other and hopefully aim for an optimistic future.
