It seems when I pick up a book with apocalypse settings I find myself melancholy and reflecting on the status of our current political crisis of communist countries. Instead, “Hearts Still Beating’s” first look leaves me with a feeling of hope. Hopeful that if we all may turn into 🧟♀️ zombies that somehow technology would survive and a cure may be found. I look forward to what comes next. Thanks for the taste.
