I don't really read nonfiction, self help kind of books, but the cover of Hanger Management definitely caught my eye. It's funny and it's clever. This book looks like it has some great tips about eating and keeping Hanger at bay. For people wanting tips and tricks to healthier eating, this would be the perfect book.
