The cover is so empowering to me an angry looking apple showing how crazy we do get when we are hangry , we just want to ravish and stuff our faces to surpass the craving hunger pains that growl so loud around everyone can hear it . Love that this book shows you how to eat clean and healthy and the steps to take to be a healthier you , this book really hit home for me since i quit smoking and have become a little heavier than i would have like to have been and am trying to find ways to eat the right way and cure the shoveling food in my face and everything i see syndrome ...this book looks like it really has alot of tricks and tips for me inside of it .
