I'll admit upfront that the word "hangry" grates on my nerves. I don't know why, but that alone had me cringing a little before reading this sample. Aside from my inexplicable aversion to the word, I was intrigued by what I read. The writing is engaging, conversational, and surprisingly fun. My husband is an angry hungry person, while I lean more into major brain fog. He and I might just need to read this book together.
