I feel in my soul this book was made for me! I am a huge person who gets Hangry! I can't wait to read this because I feel the "10 Types of Hangry People" I have a little bit of all of them! Ha! I like that the writing is light and easy and not written like a medical thesis! I can't wait to read this!
