The cover is cute, but that is all I can say for this book so far. Perhaps the introduction was not the excerpt that should have been showed. Why and how?

It has anecdotes in the very first paragraph and sprinkled throughout to talk up the book. They could be there to also be a point of ethos, as if you ever did feel the same, you would want to read further. These do nothing to further show information because they add nothing to the book, no 'this book showed me good ways to try avoiding or stopping myself become hangry' or 'the tip ___ opened my eyes to ___' and then the author could write a little note in parenthesis that could be a little cheeky by saying to wait for those tips/that tip in chapter ___. Also, the author could have inserted their own story about how they were inspired to write this. Perhaps it would not have added something useful, but hearing from the author themselves would be entertaining and connect to me more than a random person.

The author tries to be more insightful, making a list of people who have problems with either eating too much or too little, but I find the list too boxing. For example, one of them is about a 'person who is too busy to eat' and is described as a 'Karen' who 'packs three lunches a day' and does many other things I don't remember being listed. It seems like a nice thought, but not a well thought out one. Just another thing I thought was only there to make more pages. However, if edited and made more in depth (perhaps taking advice from other research articles, papers, or others in the same field, like friends), I believe there could be a more unique perception, or at least the story would seem to give a larger awareness into not only how being hangry can harm you, but also perhaps how some may see it as beneficial or how it could be okay sometimes, or how one can see the signs before they happen.

With more editing and research, I am sure this can be more informative and though there may be less pages, quality over quantity.
