The title of this caught my eye right away because I am very familiar with the word "Hangry"! I am generally not a fan of books that tell me what I should and shouldn't eat but this one doesn't appear from the glimpse to be super preachy. I like how she incorporates real stories in with the "data"...that definitely makes it more readable for me.
