My family really needs the vaulable information in this book, Hanger Management! In know my college age son has always, since a baby, been an indivudual who has trouble with being hangry and it truly affects his behavior and relationships with others. I suspect my husband and I have some of the "regretfull" relationships with food. I look forward to reading this book!
