First Impression: somewhat pointless. I think that this whole book can probably be summarized into a small pamphlet saying "If you listen to your body and eat small meals throughout the day, you wont become hungry and will stay happier." I guess that someone may enjoy this if they really wanted to get into the science and dig deep into behavior related to hunger, but it is definitely not for me.
