I like the cover. The angry apple really gets the point across of being "hangry."

I was skeptical of this book as yet another diet and self-help book, but it looks like it will be amazingly helpful and I plan on checking it out when it comes out. I've always had fits of temper when I'm hungry (as well as migraines, which can bring on fits of temper) and so has my husband and child. I think we could all use a bit more mindfulness in eating. The authorial voice and the examples she uses give the impression that the author is very familiar with andknowledgeable about being "hangry" and hopefully has some solutions for those of us who wish we could change that about ourselves.
