Dr. Susan Albers is clearly a woman who knows people. I found myself nodding repeatedly throughout this excerpt. Hanger is a very real issue, for myself and millions of others. Not only does Dr. Albers identify a number of scenarios that lead to hanger, she breaks down what should have been done to avoid the situation to begin with. As someone who has a complicated relationship with food, I am anxious to read the rest of this book.
