Thank you to the author of this book. I can certainly benefit from reading this since I recognized myself in the first impression. I do make bad eating choices including waiting too long to eat, then eating too much which afterwards makes me feel bad both physically and emotionally. After a New Year's resolution to be healthier we all could benefit from the tips for healthier eating habits found in this book. This book is now added to my wishlist.
