Catchy title and cover - I would chuckle at this book if I walked past it at a bookstore. I would not purchase it, though. The subject doesn't particularly interest me, although after reading the first impression I do think it would be a good read for those who are interested. There seem to be lots of anecdotes and examples, and hopefully there are strategies for conquering hanger (I didn't read any so far). Overall, a practical guide to eating more mindfully.
