Great perspective on the impact of food on our moods

This book dives right in to discussing the impact our "hangry" (hungry + angry) moods can have on ourselves, and those around us. The initial examples are very relatable, and I found myself nodding as I was reading. The author also makes a connection with the mood impact of overeating, which is another area many of us can relate to. I'm intrigued by her explanation of eating mindfully, and how it can benefit us by preventing damage to ourselves and others caused by being hangry or by overeating. I am looking forward to reading the rest of this book.

The cover is cute and clever, and does an excellent job of immediately communicating the topic!
