I guess the author thinks we live under a rock or have never seen or heard commercials talked about, since she needs to define "hangry" to us. And not to be punny, but this entire first look was incredibly cheesy - filled with examples of people getting angry or guilty because of their eating habits. Unfortunately what there was nothing of at all in the first thirty-five pages of this book was any advice on how to fix an eating habit problem despite the author's promise that you could literally open the book to any page and find helpful advice. So when does the actual advice start?
