Easy reading and relatable, but seems like thin material for a whole book.

The writing style of Hanger Management is very simple to follow, with relatable anecdotes seeking to highlight the effects of "hanger" on people's lives. Some sections seem comical, which might make for a lighthearted feel in the overall book. The introduction is invitingly written but didn't do much to clarify what the larger points of this book will be, nor its plans in helping people make better choices. It just seems like the subject matter would be better kept as a side chapter or set of smaller chapters in a book tackling broader nutrition and meal planning.
