So often people are controlled by what their stomach wants, whether it's cravings or having trouble paying attention or, as in the case of the topic of this book, when not eating makes you irritable. This book personally wasn't for me, and I found the tone of the book a bit condescending, but it could be useful for people who want to learn ways to make sure that food doesn't negatively impact their mood.
